After many years working in the corporate world as a training facilitator Maximising Mindfulness founder, Nicholas Goodey, was introduced to the concept of resilience and mindfulness through some highly valuable on-the-job workplace training.
With an earlier passion for health and wellbeing combined with occupational wellness and ergonomics, what transpired was the beginning of a life-changing journey.
His journey led him to go deeply into a variety of practices, from Vipassana and Mindfulness meditation, to the practices of Yoga, Qi-Gong and Tai-Chi.
Following this journey, his path lead him to Berlin where he discovered many like-minded individuals with similar training and a unifying goal: to bring the benefits of mindfulness, meditation or yoga to those who may not find it in daily life.
Given his passion for training facilitation and the gratitude he felt for receiving such training in his corporate life, it was Nicholas' goal to establish a business that shared the benefits of the great tools he had discovered along the way with those in the corporate world.
